"I was interested in finding an insurance company with representatives that would at least, seem to care about their customers. One of my friends referred me to State Farm agent Nick Perrico.
I worked with his Insurance Specialist (Carly) who did a fantastic job walking me through options and pricing for Home & Auto coverages. She was patient and throughly answered all my questions. We found better pricing for more coverage than I had.
I decided to give this agent and his team my business. I hope if problems arise, this team and the Claims Adjustors will handle issues and communications better than the company I left behind."

"We had free towing with our insurance. We used it and they kicked us off of our policy. We used and now they said we didnt have the right to use it."

"Was pleased at first. Until I needed to make changes to my policy after 6 months of their incompetence of simply addind a vehicle to my policy, I switched agents. They do not take good notes, they take for ever respond and I was charged a fee because of there mistake. I even wanted to buy life insurance through them but they missed that opportunity because they do not respond. My new agent got everything fixed for me.
I was a client for 2 years and just switched 2 weeks ago prior to this review adjustment. Saw my 5 star review and realized it needed to be edited."
